  2. Use it on chicken, whole or parts. Rub a light layer of EVOO on bird. Bathe bird liberally with lemon juice. Rub Big Papou's® Mediterranean Rub on meat with a utensil or by hand and marinate. If you are cooking a whole bird place some inside the cavity. Cook or grill to preference.
